Speaker to handover letter to President with proposals from party leaders

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka's Parliament speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena has decided to handover a letter containing the proposals by party leaders to the President.

The decision was reached at the Party Leaders meeting on Wednesday (11).

Party Leaders will meet on Thursday (12) at the Parliament Complex once again to discuss the present situation in the country,
