Kaduwela Magistrate's security constable interdicted for dereliction

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Police Constable who was assigned to provide security to the Kaduwela Magistrate's residence has been interdicted for dereliction of duty, saod the Police Media Division.

Moreover, a 6-member committee has been appointed to make timely and necessary amendments to the security details of judges.

The Prime Minister recently took steps to tighten the security of all Judges around the island following concerns brought to light regarding the security detail of Kaduwela Magistrate being removed.
