Impressed with how peaceful the protests are: German Ambassador

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Ambassador of Germany to Sri Lanka, Ambassador Holger Seubert says that he is impressed with how peaceful the people of Sri Lanka are in exercising their right to freedom of expression.

In a tweet, the Ambassador stated that the current protest is a reflection of the German reunification back in 1989 when the power of protests was proven. 

Moreover, he wished all parties involved the strength to remain peaceful as well.
