Two dead in train - motorcycle collision

COLOMBO (News 1st); Two people died under tragic accident after a motorcycle collided with a train at a railway crossing in Balapitiya.

The Railways Control Room stated that the 'Rajarata Rajina' train traveling from Anuradhapura to Beliatta had collided with a motorcycle.

The tragedy took place when the motorcycle attempted to pass, even thought the warning signals were active.
