COLOMBO (News 1st); The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has provided US $ 10 million to the Litro Gas company to purchase gas.
The company stated that it is receiving enough gas, and will resume production next Monday (17).
In a statement, Litro stated that it was working with the Government to provide dollars for gas imports with World Bank assistance.
Under this facility, the country is due to receive 8500 metric tons of gas in the future.
