CEB directed to reduce power cuts to 5 hours

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) has declined to approve over 7 hours power cut requested by the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) for tomorrow (04).

The PUCSL has also directed to reduce below 5 hours (3/4 hours day time and 1/2 hours night before 10pm), and power cuts spread over two time slots for consumer convenience.
