Govt decides to hold debate on IMF report

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Government has decided to hold a debate on the International Monetary Fund report on recovering Sri Lanka's debt sustainaibility.

Chief Government Whip Johnston Fernando stated that the Parliament had decided to hold the debate within the first week of April.

Representatives of several parties, including UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe, called on the Government to hold a Parliamentary debate on the report.
