Three people nabbed for hunting storks

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Sri Lanka Police Special Task Force (STF) personnel arrested 3 people on Tuesday (22) for killing storks in Akkaraipattul.
The suspects are aged 21, 42, and 43, all residents of Akkaraipattu.
The 3 suspects were handed over to the Thirikkovil Police Station for further investigations.
An air rifle, 126 lead bullets, 1 car, and 1 knife were seized from the possession of the suspects.
