250,000 tourist arrivals so far in 2022

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Tourist Board stated that more than 250,000 tourists have visited the country so far this year.

The Director-General of the Tourist Board, Dammika Wijesinghe said that it is expected that around 108,000 visitors will visit Sri Lanka this month.

Further, she stated that there are several issues concercing the tourism sector due to the power cuts and fuel shortage.
