100,000 Tourist arrivals expected in March

COLOMBO (News 1st); Minister of Tourism, Prasanna Ranatunga stated that plans are afoot to attract more tourists to the country this month (March) from India and the Middle East.

The Minister stated that the aim is to attract more than 100,000 tourists this month (March).

The Minister further stated that more than 25,000 tourists have arrived in the country during the first 7 days of this month.
