Heavy traffic due to protest demanding fuel

COLOMBO (News 1st); Heavy traffic has been reported along the route to Kandy due to a protest by a group of people demanding for fuel. 

The News 1st correspondent stated that the group was protesting close to the Kiribathgoda Filling Station.

Long queues due to the fuel shortage was a common sight in Sri Lanka within the past few weeks.
