Two drown while attempting to bathe in Wellawaya Falls

COLOMBO (News 1st); Two persons who attempted to bathe in the Wellawaya Falls have drowned and disappeared, Police reports. 

Police stated that two drowning victims have been identified as Akkaraipattu residents, aged 21 and 22.

Police added that an operation in search of the two victims began a while ago.
