MOSCOW - Russian forces have gained air dominance throughout Ukraine, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.
"Russian aviation has gained air dominance throughout the Ukrainian territory," Konashenkov said at a press briefing on Monday (28).
