State Minister requests CEB not to inconvenience public

COLOMBO (News 1st); The State Minister of Company Estate Reforms, Tea and Rubber Estates Related Crops Cultivation and Factories Modernization and Tea and Rubber Export Promotion, Kanaka Herath has called for the Ceylon Electricity Board to provide uninterrupted supply of electricity for the upcoming three months. 

Speaking further, the State Minister said that he especially requests the CEB to act in a manner that does not cause inconvenience to the public at this time.

"I respectfully request the CEB to allow officials to hold the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination after 7th February and to not to inconvenience our children," he added.
