2021 Grade 05 Scholarship Examination today

COLOMBO (News 1st): The 2021 Grade 05 Scholarship Examination will be held today (Jan. 22). "The examination will commence at 9:30 a.m. and the 1st paper will conclude at 10:30 a.m., while the 2nd paper will begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 12:15 p.m.," L. M. D. Dharmasena, the Commissioner-General of Examinations noted. He reminded all candidates to be seated in the examination centre before 9:00 AM. "Parents and teachers should ensure that students are seated in the examination centre by 9:00 AM. Entering the examination centre early would allow candidates to take the examination without any fear and panic," Dharmasena pointed out. According to the Department of Examination, 340,508 candidates are sitting for the 2021 Grade 05 Scholarship Examination this year, at 2943 examination centres. The Examinations Department has allocated 108 Examination Centres for candidates who had contracted the COVID-19 virus.
