A kilo of wheat flour at Rs. 80 for the estate sector - Namal assures

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka's Minister of Youth & Sports Namal Rajapaksa says the Government will sell a kilogram of wheat flour for Rs. 80 for the people in the estate sector. He added that everyone is passing a harsh economic situation even though the country is returning back to normalcy and all countries are facing economic challenges. Rajapaksa added that as per the request of State Minister Jeevan Thondaman under the supervision of the President, Prime Minister and Finance Minister the Government has intervened to provide a kilogram of wheat flour at Rs.80 for the people in the estate sector. The Minister noted the concession was provided because they are a Government that listens and understands the woes of the people and a Government that was built along with the people.
