COLOMBO (News 1st); The State Minister portfolios of Susil Premajayantha have been removed with immediate effect, by the powers vested with the President, said the President's Media Division.

Susil Premajayantha was the State Minister of Education Reforms, Open Universities and Distance Learning Promotion.
