COLOMBO (News 1st); The National Transport Commission (NTC) says that special buses have been added to transport for the convenience of passengers on Christmas Day.

Its Director General, Nilan Miranda urged passengers to adhere to health guidelines on buses in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, Police also stated that additional measures will be taken to ensure security on Christmas Day and to inquire whether the public is adhering by health guidelines.
