Ban on six African countries lifted: CAA

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority states that the ban on six South African countries over the OMICRON COVID-19 variant will be reversed.

Accordingly, the previously imposed ban on passengers from South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland will be lifted with immediate effect.
