COLOMBO (News 1st); Four suspects connected to the killing of Keselwatte Fawaz on Saturday (4) night were arrested by Sri Lanka Police on Sunday (5).
Police Spokesperson SSP Nihal Thalduwa told News 1st that four swords were seized from their possession.
Keselwatte Fawas was stabbed to death by a gang on Saturday (4) night, and CCTV footage from the location showed the gang chasing after the victim before killing him.
Thereafter, they were seen making their get away in a car, and the Police Spokesperson said the car was identified and will be seized following an investigations.
The suspects were identified as resident from Keselwatte, Colombo between the ages of 23 and 31 years.
The Keselwatte Police and the Colombo Crimes Division are conducting investigations into the murder.
