Opposition MPs wear orange ribbons condemning Violence Against Women

COLOMBO (News 1st); Opposition MPs were seen wearing orange ribbons on their arm in support of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, at the Parliament today (25). Several concerns with regard to respecting women were raised recently when an SLPP MP was seen directing insults at a female MP.
