28-hour water cut for several areas

COLOMBO (News 1st); The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWS&DB) says that a 28 hour water cut will be imposed in many parts of Colombo next weekend. Accordingly, the water cut will take place on Saturday, November 13 from 08:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. on 14th November. Accordingly, the water supply to Colombo 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, the Kotte and Kaduwela Municipal Council areas and the Maharagama and Boralesgamuwa Urban Council area will be suspended for 28 hours. The water supply will be disrupted due to a sudden leak in the main transmission line from Ambatale to the Kotte water tank.
