Sri Lankans among top 2% of world's best scientists

COLOMBO (News 1st); According to the Stanford University, USA 24 Sri Lankans make up the top 2% of the world’s best scientists

Among them are, Prof. Neelika Malavige, Prof. Meththika Vithanage and Dr. Anushka U, Rajapaksha from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura.

There are 24 scientists ranked in this World’s Top 2% Scientists list from various institutes:

These institutes include the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, International Water Management Institute, University of Peradeniya, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, University of Colombo, University of Kelaniya, and the University of Jaffna.
