Multiple social media platforms down

COLOMBO (News1st): Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are currently down in many countries. Foreign media reports suggest that the outage had begun at around 9:15 pm. WhatsApp and Instagram are popular apps owned by parent company Facebook.
