COLOMBO (News 1st): The Ministry of Health states that the oxygen supply to several places including the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital has been restored.

The Deputy Director General of Health Services Specialist Dr. Hemantha Herath said that the oxygen supply to several hospitals was suspended due to delays in payments.

Dr. Hemantha Herath stated at a press conference that the oxygen supply is now running smoothly.

Ceylon Oxygen previously stopped supplying oxygen to Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital and the Methsiri Sevana COVID-19 Treatment Center on 29 September.
