Indian Foreign Secretary to visit SL

COLOMBO (News 1st); Foreign Secretary of India, Harsh Vardhan Shringla is scheduled to visit Colombo in early October, the Hindu says citing official sources,  as India and Sri Lanka seek to engage at high levels amid a perceived strain in ties.

Foreign Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris also met with the External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on the sidelines of the United Nation's General Assembly session held recently in New York.
