COLOMBO (News 1st); A group led by a Chinese national closed down a walking path in Colombo Fort on Tuesday (28).

The walking path stretching from the Secretariat halt to the entrance of the Colombo Port was closed down from opposite the Sri Lanka Customs Headquarters.

This walking path was built in 2015.

Following inquiries, it was revealed that the walking path was closed down as the land has been handed over for a project by a Chinese company.
