MP detained for attending Dileepan Memo; Arrested for breaching Q/laws

COLOMBO (News 1st); Tamil National Peoples' Front MP Selvarasa Gajendran and other people were arrested by Sri Lanka Police on Thursday (23) for breaching the quarantine regulations.

Earlier, Selvarasa Gajendran was detained for attending the commemoration for Dileepan.

The Police Media Unit said the MP was arrested by the Jaffna Police.
