COLOMBO (News 1st):The Consumer Affairs Authority Bill (Amended) was passed in Parliament on Wednesday (22). The Extraordinary Gazette Notification relevant to this Bill was issued on 19th August 2021. Accordingly, the fines imposed on individual businesses and all businesses registered as institutions or companies will be revised.
