13 soldiers arrested in connection to murder

COLOMBO (News 1st); 13 soldiers have been arrested with regard to the murder of a man in Mattakkuliya.
The deceased was the husband of a Grama Niladhari Officer.
Sri Lanka Army Spokesperson Brigadier Nilantha Premaratne said the 13 soldiers were handed over to Sri Lanka Police for onward action.
06 of these soldiers were arrested earlier, a well.
The body of the deceased was discovered on the 20th of July, washed up on the shores of Crow Island, in Mattakkuliya.
