PM to address G20 Interfaith Forum

COLOMBO (News 1st): Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa, is in Bologna, Italy to attend the G20 Interfaith Forum 2021, having accepted an invitation to deliver the keynote address during the Opening Ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021.

This year’s theme of the Forum is “Peace Among Cultures, Understanding Between Religions.”

Other official engagements during the Prime Minister’s visit will include several high-level meetings on the sidelines of the Interfaith Forum.

The Prime Minister is currently scheduled to meet the Prime Minister of Italy Mario Draghi, the President of the European Parliament David Sassoli and the President of Slovenia Borut Pahor.
