Government repeatedly ignored warnings: Sajith

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa says that action should be taken against the Government for the lies about the stocks of goods in the country and for repeatedly ignoring the warnings about the shortage of drugs. Premadasa alleges that the Government repeatedly ignored the warnings issued by the Opposition with regard to the shortage of drugs and shortage of milk powder, fuel and gas. Moreover, the Opposition Leader expresses his displeasure at the arrest of the Union Leader Ananda Palitha, who was granted bail by the Colombo Magistrate's Court today (22).
