COLOMBO (News 1st): The Royal Challengers Bangalore team led by Virat Kohli has signed two Sri Lankan players Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera for the 2021 IPL.

The IPL, which was suspended in May due to the COVID-19 situation, is set to resume on 19 September in the United Arab Emirates.

Its final match is scheduled for October 15.

The two players will be quarantined for six days after leaving for the United Arab Emirates for the IPL.
