Special Vaccination Program for Kidney Patients

COLOMBO (News 1st); A vaccination program for Kidney patients who are yet to obtain the vaccine against COVID-19 will take place at the National Institute for Nephrology Dialysis & Transplantation.

According to the Ministry of Health, the first dose of the vaccine will be administered at the National Institute for Nephrology Dialysis & Transplantation in Maligawatte for patients receiving treatment at the premises and patients who had undergone a kidney transplant and a dialysis process.

The Vaccination Program will take place on the 14th and 21st of August from 08 AM to 10 AM at the National Institute for Nephrology Dialysis & Transplantation in Maligawatte and only patients will be allowed to obtain the vaccine during that time period.
