1,487 COVID-19 cases on Monday (19), Highest number from Kalutara

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka recorded a total of 1,487 COVID-19 cases on Monday (19), said the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID 19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).

23 of these cases were those who tested positive for COVID-19 after returning from overseas while the rest were from the Post-Avurudu Cluster.

The highest number of 217 COVID-19 cases was reported from the Kalutara Districts, said the NOCPCO.
