COLOMBO (News 1st): Two Grama Niladhari Divisions in the Matale District were isolated with effect at 6:00 AM on Thursday (Jul. 08), Army Commander General Shavendra Silva, the Head of the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) said.
