Ajith Rohana assumes duties as SDIG of Police Motor Traffic & Crimes Unit

COLOMBO (News 1st): Police Media Spokesperson, Senior DIG Attorney at Law Ajith Rohana assumed duties as the Senior Deputy Inspector General of the Police Motor Traffic and Crimes Unit on Thursday (08). He assumed duties at a ceremony conducted at the Battaramulla office, with the blessings of the Maha Sangha. The ceremony was held in compliance with COVID-19 health guidelines. The Crime Division, the Narcotics Bureau, the Traffic Control and Road Safety Division, the Shipping and Tourism Divisions and four other divisions will now be operated under SDIG Ajith Rohana.
