1,823 COVID-19 cases on Friday (02); 86 were overseas returnees who tested positive

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka recorded a total of 1,823 COVID-19 cases on Friday (02), said the Department of Government Information.

1,737 of these cases were from the Post-Avurudu Outbreak while the remaining 86 were those who tested positive for the coronavirus after returning from overseas.
