COLOMBO (News 1st): The foreign tourists visiting Sri Lanka will be granted the opportunity to travel to selected locations following the relaxation of the Travel Restriction, the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) said.

The Sri Lanka Tourism Development Board hopes to grant the opportunity to visit tourist attractions such as Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa based on the bio-bubble concept, Dhammika Wijayasinghe, the Director-General at the SLTDA told News 1st on Tuesday (Jun. 21).

According to Dhammika Wijayasinghe, discussions have been held with the Central Cultural Fund and the Department of Wildlife Conservation for this purpose.
