COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka’s Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa said the country needs to have a pragmatic and practical approach for economic management and authorities must think anew on economic management.
Speaking to India’s WION news, Premadasa said Sri Lankans would never ever be keen on being subjugated to any other state or non-state actor.
‘Sri Lankans don’t like international interference whether it is from a particular political bloc or from an individual nation-state,’ he said adding that Sri Lanka sacredly protects its political independence, territorial integrity, sovereignty, and unitary character.
