COLOMBO (News 1st); The Criminal Investigations Department arrested the captain of the X-Press Pearl container ship on Monday (14).
He is to be produced at the Colombo High Court Number 01 as the admiralty powers and the jurisdiction is vested with the Colombo High Court Number 01, said Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana.
