"We stand with Sajith", SJB affirm support to Opp Leader.

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Parliamentary Group of the Samagi Jana Balavegaya on Monday (07) passes a resolution to provide unconditional support to its leader & opposition leader Sajith Premadasa.

A statement from the SJB read that the decision was reached in order to dismiss false information being spread to claim there were internal issues in the SJB and among parties affiliated with it.

The resolution was brought forward by Lakshman Kiriella, Rauff Hakeem, Patali Champika Ranawaka and Mano Ganesan.

The resolution was seconded by Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka, Ranjith Madduma Bandara, Rajitha Senaratne and Ashok Abeysinghe.

Thereby, the resolution was unanimously adopted by the Samagi Jana Balavegaya.
