COLOMBO (News 1st); The Road Development Authority on Friday (04) said all light vehicles are not allowed to exit from Kaduwela on the Expressway, as the Mudungoda Road in Kelaniya remains inundated.

The Expressway Control Division said this applies to all vehicles traveling from Kadawatha.

In addition, all motorists are advised to exercise caution when driving in inclement weather.
