COLOMBO (News 1st); The salaries of employees in the public sector for the month of May will be paid on the 21st and not on the 25th.

The announcement was made by Finance Ministry Secretary S. R. Attygalle.

The salaries of government teachers will be paid on Tuesday (18) and the salaries of military personnel will be paid on Wednesday (19), he said.
