Over 1,000 COVID cases from the Western Province on Wednesday (05)

COLOMBO (News 1st); More that 1,000 COVID-19 cases were reported from the Western Province on Wednesday (05), said the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) on Thursday (06).
498 of these cases were from the Colombo District, 387 cases were from the Gampaha District and 377 cases were from the Kalutara District, said the NOCPCO.
