COLOMBO (News 1st); All Zoos, Safari Parks, and Elephant orphanages operated by the Department of National Zoological Gardens will be closed from Tuesday (04) until further notice, said Director General Ishini Wickremesinghe on Monday (03).

Accordingly, the following premises will be off-limits to visitors;

01. Dehiwala National Zoo
02. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage
03. Pinnawala Zoo
04. Ridiyagama Safari Park
