One neighborhood in Kalutara to go into lockdown mode on Saturday (24)

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Adhikarigoda Grama Seva Division in the Kalutara South Police Area will go into lockdown mode with effect from 06 PM on Saturday (24), said Army Commander General Shavendra Silva.

A surge in COVID-19 infection in the village led to the decision to place it in isolation, said the Head of the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID - 19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).
