(VIDEO) Govt trying to silence Harin by arresting him; warns Patali

Colombo (News 1st); Opposition Lawmaker Patali Champika Ranawaka warned there is an attempt to arrest MP Harin Fernando.

"MP Fernando was asked to appear at the CID today (22)," he told the Parliament noting that Fernando is a very active opposition MP. Patali Champika said the government is using the report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry as an excuse to silence those in the opposition who are vocal against the ruling faction.
