COLOMBO (News 1st): According to test results, the coconut oil samples of one of the four importers were below standards, the Sri Lanka Standards Institute (SLSI) said.  "Customs informed to re-export the coconut oil consignment," the SLSI said. This comes after allegations of carcinogenic coconut oil in the country yesterday. The Consumer Affairs Authority decided to test the quality of coconut oil available in the local market and said samples were obtained to carry out tests yesterday.
