NFF alleges Indian intervention in resolution against SL at UNHRC

Colombo (News 1st); The National Freedom Front led by Minister Wimal Weerawansa, which is affiliated with the government has condemned India's position at the United Nations Human Rights Council.

NFF Spokesperson Mohamed Muzammil on Wednesday (24) alleged Indian always creates issues for Sri Lanka adding that India always beats the drum on the 13th Amendment to the Constitution against Sri Lanka. He went on to note that Nepal who voted against Sri Lanka at the UNHRC is a country that depends entirely on India adding it was clear that there was an Indian intervention concerning those who voted against Sri Lanka and abstained from voting.
